In 1951, caught between the end of the "Broadcaster" name and the dawn of the "Telecaster," Fender shipped guitars with no model name on the headstock at all.. and a legend was born. Informed by a telegram from Gretsch that the "Broadkaster" name had been registered for a drum kit, Fender began clipping the "Broadcaster" name from headstock decals until the new Telecaster decals were delivered. Seventy-five years later, the legend lives on in the 75th Anniversary American Vintage II 1951 Nocaster — a meticulous tribute to one of the most storied instruments ever made. • Heirloom Nitrocellulose Lacquer Finish • Ash Body • 7.25" Radius Maple Fingerboard • Thick "U"-Shape Neck • 75th Anniversary Blackguard Telecaster Pickups • Vintage-Style Hardware • Includes Vintage-Style Tweed (Crushed Red Interior) • MFSKU 0171951868 • UPC 197955197180
