This 13" hi-hat bottom is of Zildjian 'Zilco' line that they produced from the 1930's through the 50's. Though a budget line at the time, these cymbals have largely mellowed out over time and can deliver on some very cool vintage sounds.
This 13" Hi-Hat bottom has potential as either a heavy hi-hat bottom to bring character and volume to a pair, or as a standalone effects cymbal with a very bright *ting* and a sweet bell! Cymbal has some warping on the edge, perhaps the reason Zildjian's quality control deemed it a Zilco in the first place? Otherwise it is in good condition with the wear and patina one would expect from a 70+ year old cymbal.
